In-House Credit & LIHTC Compliance Department
Our in-house credit specialist provides owners with the peace of mind for LIHTC Compliance. APM is one of the best in the industry with very low overall delinquency coming in at less than .75% of income year after year, while the industry standard is closer to three times that much. It also includes:

Services

Maintenance Services
Our maintenance team will respond to any and all reported issues on the property within 24 hours. This process is documented and followed up on by both site management and maintenance staff. Our close relationship with contractors and vendors allow us to respond quickly and efficiently to any situation that cannot be remedied immediately by on-site maintenance staff members.

Curb Appeal
The grounds and curb appeal are a major aspect of the first impression of the property and reflect the overall quality of the community and the management. Signage is replaced three times a year in March, July, and October. At every APM property, flowers are changed out a minimum of twice a year. The Manager and Maintenance Supervisor walk the grounds each morning.

Software / Reporting
We have the ability to deliver accounting statements and reports electronically. Property demographics can be tracked through the OneSite operating system used by staff members on-site and through our corporate group.

Operations Reporting
Each site turns in a Daily Site Report by 6 PM each day. This report is a compilation of many reports all relating to the operations of the property. Reports are for the Regional Manager as well as APM upper management and are reviewed first thing in the morning to address any concerns.
